Shipping & Delivery
At Truu North, every piece is handmade with intention — not mass produced. This means your order is part of a slow fashion process designed to give you something truly special.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
- During launch periods or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
- Pre-orders will be communicated clearly with an estimated completion date.
Delivery Time (South Africa)
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Major cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban): typically faster
- Outlying areas: may take slightly longer
Order Process (Soft Launch Phase)
- Orders are currently placed via Instagram DM or WhatsApp
- An invoice will be sent once your order is confirmed
- Payment is only required once your order is ready for dispatch
- Orders will only be shipped once full payment is received
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location
- Final delivery fee will be included in your invoice
